General Practitioner

Dr Corina Sims offers dedicated consultations for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, providing comprehensive, personalised care during this important stage of life. Her appointments include in-depth health assessments such as heart health checks, along with education, guidance and tailored management plans to support each patient’s individual needs.

With a focus on empowering women through knowledge and holistic care, Dr Corina visits the clinic monthly to provide specialised menopause support in a welcoming and supportive environment.

ELISE

Clinical Psychologist

Elise is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with children, families and adults across a wide range of locations and settings, including child and youth mental health services, educational settings, hospital settings and private practice.
Elise works with children and adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including:

Anxiety, worries and stress
Depression, low self-esteem and sadness
Study and organisational skills, or coping with school or work
Social and peer difficulties, social conflict, feeling excluded
Emotional dysregulation, feeling frustrated and overwhelmed
Sleep problems
Trauma, difficult life events, and grief and loss
Difficulties managing learning and attention difficulties and differences
Obsessive compulsive difficulties
Early parenting support
Perinatal mental health difficulties
Challenges managing neurodivergence - including Autism and ADHD.
Elise can also provide diagnostic assessments for Autism as well as psychoeducational assessments.
